Enhance your clubs reputation of being part of the community, helping the youth in your area. Below are our most frequently asked questions, however if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact us.


Q.
Does it matter that we don’t have a practice area?
A.
Many clubs involved close a hole during off peak times and use this to coach the children.
Q.
We are not sure the club can afford it?
A.
There are opportunities to get local funding which your local clubgolf Regional Manager can advise you about.
Q.
Where will our members get the time to coach children?
A.
The course takes just 20 hours a year.
Q.
How will we get space to take on new juniors?
A.
The clubgolf children don’t need to be club members to do the course. Many clubs supporting clubgolf have formed an intermediate junior membership to retain the youngsters once they have finished the course. Some clubs use clubgolf to coach their existing juniors.
Q.
How can we coach as we don’t have a PGA Professional at our club?
A.
The clubgolf coaching manual delivered by PGA Level 1 coaches will give the beginner juniors the basics putting and swing techniques.
Q.
How do our existing juniors get a coaching programme?
A.
Several PGA Pros at golf clubs who have been trained to deliver Stage 3 coaching are willing to deliver coaching at other clubs.
